How It Works
Buying from us is easy! Send a Gift Voucher to family, friends or loved ones in Uganda. Follow the simple steps below.
1. Click on a item denomination of your choice. You will then be directed to enter the receiver's name, number and press 'CONFIRM'.
2. Confirm the receiver information and press 'SEND NOW'.
3. On submission you will be redirected to PayPal where you can securely pay by logging into an existing PayPal account or pay by Credit Card or Visa/Mastercard Debit Card.
4. After successful payment you will be brought back to OrderUganda.com where your order confirmation and transaction number will be displayed. A copy of this will be sent to your PayPal registered email. The receiver will also be notified by SMS and a phone call.
5. Delivery is instant for e-bill payment or airtime. For hand-delivered items a delivery agent will be dispatched within 72 hours.
